How do I access courses?
After checkout, courses appear in your Library. Access links are also sent to your email within minutes.
Do courses include certificates?
Many courses include a completion certificate. Check the course page for a “Certificate Included” badge.
Are courses updated?
Yes. We update modules when the news story evolves, data changes, or significant corrections are released.
What payment methods are supported?
We support major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). Depending on your region, additional local methods may appear at checkout.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Account → Settings → Email. We’ll confirm the new email via a verification link.
Video won’t play. What should I do?
Try a hard refresh, switch browsers, or disable extensions that block media. If issues persist, contact support with your device and browser info.
What is your refund policy?
Eligible purchases can be refunded within 14 days if under 20% of the course is completed. See Terms in checkout.
Do you have beginner-friendly content?
Yes. Each topic has “Foundations” modules designed for first-time learners.
How do you protect my data?
We use encryption in transit, follow least-privilege access, and regularly review security controls.
Is there a student discount?
Yes. Verify your academic status during checkout to apply the discount automatically.
Can I learn offline?
Selected lessons support offline viewing in our mobile PWA. Look for the “Download” icon on supported videos.
I forgot my password. How to reset?
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. We’ll email a secure reset link that expires in 30 minutes.
Are certificates shareable on LinkedIn?
Yes. Add them under “Licenses & Certifications” with the course’s unique credential ID.
Do you support captions and transcripts?
All flagship courses include captions and downloadable transcripts in multiple languages.
